How does GV Recruitbank work?

It acts as an online response system to on and offline advertised vacancies AND helps passive jobseekers to search for suitable vacancies.
It contains a CV bank and screening tools to help match candidates to jobs, notify them of an opportunity and auto shortlists interested and qualified candidates.
It helps you to manage your recruitment workflow by providing auto acknowledgements to all applicants, generating your regret correspondence and then helping you to manage your shortlist through to completion. 
It generates management reports which help you to monitor and improve your recruitment performance. Metrics reported include vacancies completed/incomplete, time to hire, cost per hire, cost per applicant, EE reporting, hires and applicants by source.

What is involved?

GV Recruitbank is scaleable and has modules to suit all business sizes and any type of recruitment requirement. And we charge per Recruiter/Line Manager per month so you can introduce GV Recruitbank into your business at a pace and cost which suits your needs and budget.

For companies wanting a quick solution we have a Standard Edition which contains candidate and recruiter sites. The candidate site is branded to meet your corporate guidelines and is linked to your corporate web site and Intranet. The recruiter site is populated with the data specific to your business needs and your user(s) are trained.

For enterprise wide integrated implementations we follow a robust implementation process which commences with a fact-finding phase and is followed by a written specification. Following specification approval, we construct GV Recruitbank to meet your needs. This phase is followed by user acceptance testing where you test the product until you are satisfied it meets your needs.

What about support?

After GV Recruitbank has been configured to meet your needs there is the roll out process. To manage this, we can perform 'train the trainer' training and they will launch GV Recruitbank into your various business units/locations. Or, if you do not have these resources available we will manage the training and roll-out process for you.

For post launch support we provide two options.

1) We can support the people who managed the roll out process and they will support your users.

2) Or, we will provide user support at an extra charge.
