Challenge

Brandhouse has seven brands which they actively target as part of
their relationship marketing strategy. Relationship marketing
agencies had to use a plethora of different tools and providers.
Brand and marketing managers had varying strategies and
different needs. The challenge was to develop an application that
the entire company can could use without limiting individual
strategies.


Solution

Global Vision implemented their GV Eureka solution, which allowed Brandhouse to manage their entire Relationship Marketing solution
from start to finish. GV Eureka contains the following modules that
allows marketers to configure and administer their own programs:

Eureka is a 3-tier architected enterprise application comprising of:

Interfaces using HTML and XML
Windows services for automated / workflow procedures
Web Services provide external interfaces for web sites, SMS providers etc..
Uses MS Reporting Services and Snowflake
OLAP Data Analysis Tools
Database synchronization using SQL server replication


Results

Brandhouse is able to increase brand awareness through the ease of use of GV Eureka, i.e. turn around a campaign in matter of minutes.
Consumers experience a single focused message from each brand as all communication needs to be approved and managed via GV Eureka.

With a 360 degree view of the consumer, brand managers are able to
pull information from different data sources and put this into their consumer records. The Brandhouse marketing team now has a history of past activity briefs which they can use for game planning, as well as, tracking the consumer responses to each of these campaigns.
